These tools are here to help you see your own patterns more clearly. They ask what you believe about money, what sets off your spending, and where your anxiety actually comes from. None of them will tell you what to do with your money. That is deliberate. Understanding the pattern usually has to come first, and it is the part most financial advice skips entirely.
WealthMindTools offers four free money psychology tools. The Money Script Identifier reveals which of four money belief patterns drives your decisions. The Net Worth Tracker calculates your position including CPF and EPF. The Financial Anxiety Tracker logs money stress over time. The Spending Trigger Journal records what sets off unplanned spending. All run in your browser with no signup.

Use Free ToolThese tools are for self-reflection and educational purposes only, not financial or clinical advice. If money worry is affecting your sleep, your relationships, or your ability to get through the day, that is worth talking through with a qualified therapist or financial counsellor.
Each tool runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter is transmitted, stored on a server, or tied to an account, and there is no signup at any point. The self-assessment tools ask you a set of questions and give you a picture straight away. The tracking and journalling tools work differently: you add a small amount of data regularly and the pattern emerges over a few weeks rather than in a single session.
That split matters when you are deciding where to start. If you want a reading on where you are right now, begin with the Money Script Identifier or the Net Worth Tracker. If your question is about a behaviour that repeats and you cannot see why, the Financial Anxiety Tracker or the Spending Trigger Journal will tell you more, but only if you use them for a fortnight or so.
None of these tools will tell you what to do with your money, and that is deliberate. They are built to surface the pattern underneath the decision, which is the part most financial advice skips. Knowing that your spending spikes when you are bored, or that a money avoidance script keeps you from opening statements, changes which advice will actually work for you.
The tools are designed to be used together. A money script result explains a general disposition, while the journal and tracker show you how that disposition plays out on particular days. Money is one of the most commonly reported sources of stress for adults across income levels, as tracked by the American Psychological Association, so finding a difficult pattern here is normal rather than a personal failing. These tools are for self-reflection and education only, not financial or clinical advice, and persistent money distress is worth raising with a qualified professional.
